The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom (which serves as a secure Mamad room) has two single beds and a storage closet. The living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The dining area has a table for six, perfect for enjoying a meal or working from home.

Dear guests, you are welcome to our new HaKerem apartments. The price includes everything except electricity. Electricity costs 0.75 NIS per kWh.
We don't charge up to 50 NIS, so if you turn off the electricity when you're not in the apartment, you don't pay anything.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. The fine for smoking inside is $500.
