Beautiful apartment with balcony in prime location, 4 stairs up from the ground floor with private entrance. Totally new and amazingly redecorated apartment. 5 min walking from the beach, 2 min walking from Yarkon park, 5 min walking from the port.
The apartment is brand new, decorated in clean, lovely, uncluttered lines that make you feel instantly comfortable and at home. Everything is brand new including all the appliances and the bathroom and shower.
I put much thought and effort to make this apartment a cozy home away from home for my guests. You will enjoy cable TV and high speed Internet but, most of all, you will appreciate the prime location. It doesn't get any better than this. Within a few block radius you have the beach, the trendy Tel Aviv port with its boardwalk, restaurants, bars and farmer's market and in another direction the tree-shaded Yarkon Park with its biking and running trails. For your convenience there are banks, post office, shops, cafes and 24/7 supermarket within a few blocks from the apartment.

There are buses and taxis that will take you anywhere you want to go, but the location is so great that you can basically walk almost anywhere.

You have access to everything in the apartment.
