We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue restaurants & bars were nearby & easy accessable. Row of eateries by Neptuno & 5mins walk to 1st small square & 12 mins to 2nd square for entertainment. Beaches nearby. No sunloungers on beaches but I bought a fold up chair which was great for beach. Staff at Neptuno all polite & friendly. Thank you Maria & Ruth. My only small snag would be the long mirror in bedroom. Bed is placed in front of it so you can't see full lengh. Would be better by front door. We had an enjoyable stay at Neptuno & would reccomend it.

Basic but clean. Love the fact it’s right on the beach a stone’s throw away where you can go snorkelling freely. Shops and restaurants only a few minutes down the road and plenty to choose from. It’s a quiet area with being adults only. Partial sea view was reasonable… balcony / terrace offers privacy if you get a room on the top floor
