the avenue on which apartment is located is the most beautiful in the country, because its old georgian architecture . After new rebuilding, the Avenue is called new old Tbilisi and is meant to be Tbilisi's main tourist's beloved place. It was rebuilded in october of 2016 and people call it live museum, where you will feel in Tbilisi of the 19 th century. On the half avenue cars are not allowed to pass, you can walk and get pleasure with fresh air and beautifull architecture of renewed old buildings.
