Tiene una linda vista hacia todo Taxco, pero entraba demasiado frío por la noche y que las ventanas no tienen vidrio (a pesar de ser uy pequeños los espacios de las ventanas) y entra frío, nos quisimos bañar el día que llegamo a la recepción y resulta que no salía agua caliente en nuestra habitación reservada, asi que pasear de lo que sea, esperamos que en un futuro tenga mejor servicio.

No se hospede jamás en Hotels Oyo

Pésimo lugar no existe y nunca contestan el teléfono, tuvieron que irse a otro lado mi amigo que se iba a hospedar ahí porque nunca le respondieron el teléfono

El personal me cuestionó sobre el precio que había pagado y me reclamo que no es el precio en qué están las habitaciones pero yo no tengo la culpa en eso. Tal vez eso lo deban tratar con Expedia y no conmigo, supongo que por eso me dieron una habitación que no coincidía con la descripción en Expedia.

Oportunidades de mejora

Al principio todo bien, a la llegada muy bien aunque la habitación reservada ya la habían dado y me dieron otra parecida. En la mañana del día siguiente, en habitación se encontró una chinche de las de transmisión de chagas. Por último, fue de mucha insistencia contactar con quien me pueda hacer una factura por el hospedaje, quedaron de enviarla el día de hoy, espero que llegue.

Sucio y sin agua potable

Mal, el propietario se esfuerza por atenderte bien pero si hospedaje es pésimo, lugar sucio, agua sucia sin jabones ni toallas. Con polvo lavabo descompuesto, era evidente que tenía meses de no entrar gente ahí, no pudimos bañarnos ni lavarnos los dientes por el agua sucia.
