With stunning views of the harbour from fourth floor this 152m2 apartments has a huge open-plan living area, a large well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three generous bedrooms.
The Space:
When you are not relaxing at the apartment a five minuets stroll from this brilliant location will have you at the Mount Main Beach (white sand surf beach crowned the ‘Best Beach in New Zealand’ by TripAdvisor), Pilot Bay (shallow and safe swimming for kids or a walk along the harbour) The Mount Hot Pools (to relax and unwind in the only hot ocean water complex in the world) and the top end of Main Street (where you will find an abundance of top quality cafes and restaurants and an outstanding array of boutique and retail shops).
There are two comfortable queen beds in the master and second bedroom and king singe bunks in the third bedroom with top quality linen and heaps of wardrobe space.
The kitchen is huge and fully stocked to please any home chef, with seating for 8 around the dining room table and bar stools at the kitchen bench.
Unwind on the couch and take in the scenery, or chill out on the deck with the BBQ cooking dinner in the background on comfortable outdoor seating while watching the boats sail past in the harbour from the forth floor deck.
