Amazing getaway

Awesome location, 3 min walk to the beach. Fully fenced section with trampoline, playground, and swings, great for kids. Communication was a breeze.

Close to the beach

The house had everything we needed plus more. The fully fenced backyard was a bonus with our small dog being able to roam freely out back👍We really enjoyed making lemonade with the kids with some lemons from the tree out back & the juice in in the kitchen. Our first time in Mt Maunganui. We will be back!

Time and a place at Mount Maunganui

The photos made this properly look brilliant. It really did live up to its standards outside (the yard was great) but we couldn't enjoy it much due to the weather (it was torrential rain for a week). Because of this we had to spend most of our time inside, with two young children this was challenging at times. Some toys provided but these were old and broken or disorganized (thrown into cupboards around the home). Some minor issues with the house being damp upon arrival and the things being broken or breaking but Kristin was great at communicating about this. We really appreciated the late check out,

Kids LOVED it

We loved the location. Kids couldn't get enough of the playground in the backyard. Character home with a few tired features but oh so livable. Highly recommend. Great value.

Weekend away at the Mount

We had a great family weekend away and this inlcuded ourTeddy the Bichon. Great to find pet friendly accomodation. The property is very centrally located a short walk to the beach and a lovely coffee shop and close to the centre of town. The only slight issues are the shower head and that the house smelt a bit musty.
