Upstairs, Bedroom 1 features a queen bed with views overlooking Lake Taupo and the cozy living area, complete with a TV and plenty of space to relax.
Downstairs, Bedroom 2 offers a queen-sized bed, while Bedroom 3 includes a single bed and a single trundler bed—ideal for kids or extra guests. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom includes a shower over the bath, vanity, and toilet.

Rotorua is also only a one-hour drive away, and Hawkes Bay within 1.5-hours drive there is great an opportunity for an easy day of sightseeing. The Waitomo Glowworm Caves are also a 2 hours’ drive and Hobbiton in Matamata being 1.5-hours away this makes Taupō the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
