Beds are small and we had a terrible sleep bad backs afterwards Nowhere to fill up a jug only in bathroom sink No table to eat off had to eat on bed Very small fridge Didn't get a free breakfast and paid $700 for 3 nights and I won't be coming back here

Property is in poor condition no maintenance or decorating done in years....dirty...mould...broken items...dirty dishes...bathroom flooded, due to broken shower head ...drain slow to drain so water builds up. Spa not hot so not operating. Absolutely disgusted that you steal peoples money to stay here. No reception as its managed by neighboring property....manager there was lovely and tried his best to help. You could see he was clearly embarrassed. Has compalaints daily....yet you are allowed to keep trading....shamefull!

Great layout for family of four. Spacious. Clean and tidy. Excellent pool facilities. Functional (nothing sheik about it). Excellent location. Negatives: rusty jug (couldn’t make children’s drink/bottle). Extremely low maintained. Aircon did not work - only remote, room was very hot without open windows and doors. Everything is very dated and old (the advertised pics look way better). Squeaky as floor boards under carpet! Check-in was at another hotel next door. They had a bin that was twice the size of a bin liner so it was kinda inconvenient using that (no point in a liner). The place feels very well used but the cleanliness was good as the standard stay. I recommend but not if you’re looking for something pretty

It is a lovely motel & the lake is right next to it, which is why we stayed there. Amazing to have an evening seat outside our apartment by the lake & also to wake up with the lake view through the window.

We loved the facility and all it had to offer, we will be back for more holidays. It felt like a resort, we loved the pool and beautiful planting being right next to the beach. Great having restaurants and shop with in walking distance the perfect location.

Staff didnt see me at reception as chatting to each other wity heads down. I had to inyerrupt them to check in. Indian man served me and coughed over everything including all over me and sniffed hard I could hear his boogers been sniffed up yuck!!!! Had to go to other hotel to check in so humbug. Was told to park one end but he booked us into the furtherest unit!!! Like why? Bonus heater was on when arrived though! Bed moves even when you go to get in bed or up to go to the loo very dangerous it goes flying! Toilet paper kept falling off the holder as its just hanging from wall ready to fall off unit 709. Close curtains at night as insects get throught loover windows. Close doors fast at night to or room will be full of insects as close to lake. Lovely views!!!!!!

Hotel California vibes when we arrived but turned into a lovely place to stay. Comfortable and spacious. Excellent view of the lake and surroundings. Private patio with table and chairs. Little beach just across recreational path. Quiet location. Friendly staff. Easy accessible parking. Just needs a little updating.
