Spotless modern rooms, all front desk staff especially Albert really freindly helpful and professional. This hotel offers a 7 star service. Breakfast staff so helpful. Rooms modern fresh with many aminities. I highly recommend this hotel especially if your coming from uk, america europe because the standards is outstanding. I travel throughout the world for work including UAE, america europe etc and this is one of the best hotels iv stayed in with exceptional staff and high quality rooms.

Beautiful hotel

This is a beautiful, new hotel. The rooms are a great size, clean & comfortable. There could have been more soundproofing as we could hear the TV & voices from other rooms. Communication was great even before booking the hotel as they responded quickly to email inquiries. The breakfast was very good. The hot food was different all the five days we were there, and we could order eggs to be freshly made as we wanted. The pastries were amazing! There is a small shop next door which was convenient for buying water. The business conference room was useful for working in during the day. The gym, spa and pool were great too. Special mention about Zaina at the restaurant who was always very friendly & helpful and brought a slice of cake when she heard it was our daughter's birthday. "Don't disturb me" signs could have been provided to let the housekeeping know when we were in the room. There is a lovely kids' play area through the breakfast room but it is not marked or advertised well so please ask about it at the reception.
