Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs surpris Ă notre arrivĂ©e Ă Naima House d'apprendre qu'il n'y avait aucune rĂ©servation Ă nos noms. Nous avons donc du rechercher un autre hĂ©bergement avec l'aide du GĂ©rant de Naima , hĂ©bergement dĂ©plorable que nous n'avons pu refuser vu l'heure tardive ! S'agit il d'une erreur de votre part ou d'un overbooking? Nous sommes extrĂȘmement déçus !
