All was clean and very pretty looking. Staff were polite, especially Miss Sinha who appeared on the last day and helped me get to my destination near Ubud. It was not her job but she helped me.
Unfortunately, a few minors point. The room smell damp and rather dark even when it was sunny. It was a room down on the ground floor.
The hotel is beautiful but in the middle of nowhere and near no tourists sight nor anywhere to eat. It takes at least three hours to get there from the airport in the South. If you had no vehicle and not much money you are very stuck. No taxi service nearby or eating places. You cannot order a grab or uber. They do not go all the way to hotel. You need a motorbike or lots of money for hotel call an expensive taxi.
Unfortunately, on the last day just before I left I dropped one of their beers from the fridge and they made sure I paid for it. I don't mind but I thought at discretion I did not need to since I had hardly cash nor I had a card.
There was a leak underneath the sink I had helped them by informing them. They could not fix it, it was still leaking after two attempts to fix it. That may be cause of the damp smell.
After every meal I had a stomache but I had no choice but eat there. Since I had, hardly, any money and no vehicle.
