The chic 'Villa Oliveti' is quietly situated on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar, only 2 km from the sea. On 170 m² of living space, the house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms en suite offers plenty of comfort for up to 8 people.
On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house is a spacious living-dining area overlooking large pool, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another bathroom with shower / toilet. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the pool and the sea.
Outside, the covered sitting area and the 3.5 x 11 m pool invite you to relax. Your car is safely parked on the fenced property (3 parking spaces). The large garden with olive grove is completely fenced and offers maximum privacy.
