The apartment was updated and nicely appointed. The location and the view were excellent. LOVE the singer below every night. Problems:TV not connected to Internet. The directions were not clear. The description said 3rd floor but was really on the 4th floor. Difficult w suitcases. Stair rail broken. Could not remove plugs on kitchen appliance to plug in toaster. No directions for the stove. No labels on the sorting bins for trash.No microwave. Hard to find silverware.

This apartment location could not be better in terms of proximity to everything. We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment itself was great, could have had a little more supplies like additional towels or dish towels but overall would highly recommend.

The house was beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. Even though there were restaurants right below us we couldn’t hear anything from them unless we opened the window. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Central location

Modern cosy apartment in the centre of Taormina. Clean and comfortable, easy check in. There appeared to be a plumbing issue as there was a strong smell at times in the apartment, but the management team are quick to respond and accommodating with attempting to get any problems resolved. The apartment is on the third floor so there are quite a few steps up to the apartment, but it is accessible by walking from the entrance to the old town, without having to use any stairs.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It is super beautiful and it was so nice to see the ocean from the bed each day. It is steps from the Corso Umberto ( so it’s nice and quiet) and their are so many little restaurants nearby. It’s on the top floor so there are lots of steps - but you will be doing steps all day anyway! Very private, nice kitchen, bath and bedroom. It exceeded my expectations.

Perfect location, cleanliness not up to scratch

This is a fabulous property in a great location. The problem for us was that the property wasn’t very clean ( dead bouquet left in a vase with foul water in the bottom, bed spread came with stains 😩) and needed a lick of paint. Our contact Alessio was not there on our arrival and had very little English when she did arrive. She offered nothing but the key. We asked about air con and how to return the key but after her speedy retreat had a few more questions. We contacted the owner who asked us to contact Alessio directly. We asked for more towels, the tv wouldn’t work and wondered where we should empty the bins. We only got towels! Gave up in the end. Small things but quite disappointing as the apartment could be near perfect. We wondered whether the owner was aware of how the apartment was being maintained .

The apartment was airy, very comfortable and very central, but quiet. It was a pleasure being there. The manager was helpful in e-mails. The communication problem arose when we arrived on the Friday and were met by a person (the cleaner?) who did not speak English and could not explain how to use the air conditioning, etc.

Breathtaking in every way!

What an elegant and well appointed apartment in the heart of Taormina! This apartment is fabulous! The view to the sea is spectacular and other windows overlook the narrow streets and tiled roofs of the old town. The apartment is perfect for a couple. It has elegant fittings, a large bedroom, compact kitchen, and comfortable lounge and dining area....but with many restaurants outside the door I didn’t need to cook too often. The apartment is in the centre of town and allows easy access to all Taormina has to offer. Tours and local buses depart nearby and there are spectacular views from every corner. Taormina has much to offer both within the town and nearby with tours to Agrigento and many other places available to anyone who want to explore this part of Sicily or to those who just want to soak up the local history, Sicilian lifestyle and ambiance of this spectacular town. Walking is the best way to explore locally so you do need to be prepared for the steps and steep inclines from time to time......but buses and taxis are readily available and don’t miss the spectacular but ride up to Taormina from the coast...The sea is beautiful on a hot day too! A perfect stay!

Wow!! Exceeded every expectation!!

This newly renovated apartment in the historic center of Taormina is a sleek, modern oasis of calm in an otherwise bustling area. The building is tucked away on one of the charming little side Via’s off the Corso Umberto, but you’d never know it once you were inside. The fresh renovation features calming colors of the sand and sea and a very sleek, modern feel. Gioacchino was wonderful to interact with and we were lucky enough to actually meet him during our stay. While there’s no laundry in the apartment, don’t worry about it as there’s a full-service laundry (Floreal Laundry) with wash and dry services quite nearby which was inexpensive and super convenient. We can’t wait to come back to Taormina and stay in this gorgeous apartment again!

Best place to stay in Taormina

Just a few stairs separate you from Corso Umberto, the Main Street. Restaurants all around. The apartment is modern and immaculately clean. Parking is a BIG issue, but once we discovered the Lumbi parking garage, we had quick access to our car every day. If we had an issue or question, the owner responded immediately. All of our needs were met by this apartment, and we are picky. Use to top of the line and we got it with this rental! GREAT!! This apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staircase is well lit and clean but if you are not use to stairs, it could be a problem. I am 52 and my husband is 60 and we had no problem, but I had no idea about the stairs until we got to the apartment.

1- l’endroit est remarquable, ensoleillée vue sur la mer et la montagne. 2- l’appartement est dans un immeuble qui connaît certaines lacunes notamment pression de l’eau et certaines odeurs qui peuvent déranger. Soyez en forme pour monter les bagages 3 étages dans un escalier très étroit. La communication avec les responsables est prompte et efficace.

La casa è veramente nel centro di taormina a due passi dal corso principale, dalla camera da letto vista stupenda,si vede il mare è il teatro antico Casa molto carina e luminosa L’unico neo la tenda della camera da letto che non oscura bene e la mattina entra un po’ di luce,sarebbe da cambiare e poi la casa era un po’ impolverata come se le pulizie fossero state fatte un po’ prima del nostro arrivo. Ma comunque soggiorno molto piacevole la consiglio soprattutto per la posizione

Aspetti positivi: ottima la location dell'appartamento, in posizione molto centrale a Taormina; ottima la disponibilità dei contatti di riferimento, con checkin anche in tarda serata; ottimo lo stato dell'appartamento e molto funzionale ad una coppia, pressochè nuovo il bagno e l'arredamento; migliorabile la pulizia del bagno e della camera da letto (grossolana in molti punti); migliorabile la biancheria del letto con lenzuola senza angoli con elastico, quindi si accartocciano nel letto. Aspetti negativi: la tenda oscurante della camera da letto risulta piccola per la porta finestra quindi solo parzialmente efficace; scarsa disponibilità di acqua calda nel bagno in quanto limitata dal piccolo volume del boiler, poi bisogna aspettare che si scaldi nuovamente.

Sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, die Klimaanlage hat auch eine Heizfunktion, was dieses Mal Anfang Mai an einem Tag leider noch notwendig war. Unkomplizierter Check-in, außerdem konnten wir am letzten Tag bis 14:00 bleiben, da die Wohnung an diesem Tag nicht mehr benötigt wurde. Wir hatten einen späten Flug, dies kam uns sehr entgegen.

Prachtige locatie midden tussen de restaurantjes! Zelfs uitzicht op zee vanuit het kleine balkon op de slaapkamer. Lekker douche, super schoon en mooie woonruimte om rustig even te ontbijten. Smalle hoge trap omhoog, maar verder perfect. Zou dit iedereen aanbevelen!
