Stunning 2-Level, 3-Bedroom Seaside Retreat at Whynachts Cove – just 30 minutes from downtown Halifax and 25 minutes from Peggy’s Cove. This new renovated home features a stylish open-concept kitchen, sun-filled living spaces, and breathtaking, serene sea views. On behalf of the team, I would like to personally thank you for trusting us to make your stay memorable for you and your loved ones/friends. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for every guest, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Important Information:

1. Gatherings: A 3-night minimum stay is required for any gatherings or events.
2. Late Check-Out: After a 15-minute grace period, a fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour applies. Stays of 10+ hours past check-out will incur a full day`s charge.
3. Early Check in and other requests: please contact us in advance, and we`ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
4. Only good behavior pets are allowed.

General Rules:

1. Visitors: No visitors are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon by us.
2. Shoes: Please leave shoes at the foyer.
3. Smoking: No smoking inside the property.
4. Toilets: Do not flush items that are not suitable for toilets.
5. Insects: Keep doors closed when unattended to prevent ants/insects from entering.
6. Garbage: Discard garbage in the correct bins (compost, general, recyclable).

Optional but Appreciated:

While you are under no obligation, we would greatly appreciate your help with the following tasks:

1. Garbage: Bag the garbage and place it into labeled large bins.
2. Dishes: Sort the dishes and run the dishwasher.

Final Reminders:

1. Reservation Responsibility: The person who made the reservation is responsible for the actions of their group of guests/visitors.
2. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or injury, but we are available to help to the best of our ability should anything occur.
3. Assistance: We are here to serve and help, so if you have any questions or needs, just give us a shout!
