For one nights stay it’s OK this place is an extended stay place that People live their monthly The only issue I had was the drain in the tub did not go down. It was open, but it was just not draining properly. The place is in need of an update fresh linens, paint, fixing holes in ceiling, etc

Stayed one night. Room seemed clean. Bed was very soft. Barhroom smelled like spaghetti which was weird. Beware they advertise a full kitchen but there only 2 paper cups in the bathroom and a empty ice tray in the freezer. Nothing else. The only real problem I had was when I went to check out. The lobby and first floor halls were flooded. The lobby looked like it was raining inside the building. Outside was dry. Made it imposible to properly check out. I will think twice about staying here again. All the low marks I am giving on thevrating is because of that kobby.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was filthy when I arrived; there were cockroaches everywhere. A guest must have killed one and it was stuck to the wall. The sheets were dirty, and I had to take them outside to wash them myself. The towels smelled awful, so I used my own. The toilet and sink were filthy, as if they'd never been cleaned; I had to clean them myself. On the first day, the room next door flooded, and all the water leaked into ours. The entire room smelled terrible, reeking of cigarette smoke and pet waste. I had to buy four air fresheners, and even then, the smell wouldn't go away. It was too late to go to another hotel because of the holidays, so I had to stay there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unresponsive staff. After complaining about the stairwell smelling of urine from the visiting pets, nothing was done for several days and then only a sweeping with no mopping was completed. The elevator went out every other day. The backdoor was left open afterhours. The attendant came to service room once during my 3 weeks stay and did not clean the tub. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to ensure proper cleaning. The phone to contact the front desk in the lobby did not work. Dog feces were in the walking path of visitors. Dog hair was found in the washer machine making it unusable. I never received my veteran's service discount.
