Welcome to "The Stella Maris," a three-bedroom haven with one bathroom that effortlessly combines historical charm and modern comforts. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable beds - two kings and a twin trundle bed. Unwind in the large living room equipped with a smart TV, perfect for evenings spent in relaxation.
The open-concept layout of "The Stella Maris" is inviting and homely. Prepare meals in the fully renovated kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances you could need. Enjoy these meals in the designated dining room, where memories are sure to be made.
Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, a sanctuary of tranquility and charm. Inspired by French gardens, the outdoor space is an oasis of calm, offering an original bocce ball court for some old-world fun. Don't worry if you've never played; we're more than happy to teach you! For your convenience, the property also comes with a garage.
For your convenience, the property comes with a garage that houses a washer and dryer for guests' use. Please note that this garage is not intended for vehicle parking. There is parking in the front of the home for two vehicles and extra parking in front of the garage.
