Our private shaded streets have a 10 MPH speed limit as they meander through growths of century old Oak trees. Our multi-acre park offers guest shady grassed areas under rustling cypress trees for picnics. The park features a Volleyball Court, Fishing Dock, Boat Ramp, Swimming Area, Horseshoe pit and a playground. The home is a walking distance away from the lake it is not lake front.
