To keep your stay flexible and comfortable, we offer the following optional services:
• Early check-in (when available): $50
• Late check-out (when available): $50
• Pet fee: $100 per pet (max 2 pets)
Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
• Lost & found shipping: $100
• Additional guests over 10: $15 per person, per night
We ask all guests to treat the home with care. Additional cleaning beyond standard turnover may incur extra charges. Lawn care personnel come on Wednesdays and Pool Care personnel come on Sundays and sometimes Wednesdays if needed. Wheelchair ramp available upon request for our ADA guests.
If you are bringing littles, we have board games and books for wholesome fun! Additionally, there are safety alarms on both French doors leading to the pool patio that just need to be switched on for an extra layer of safety. There are also retractable screen gates meant to deter wandering littles from entering the pool patio are for an additional safety measure. This does not substitute mandatory parental supervision -just buys you an extra second to chase after those very fast toddlers.
Please note / other rules and cosiderations: This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Kindly respect quiet hours and neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level. There is an elementary school nearby - if you are outside during the week during the school year - you can hear the children at recess from the back yard; not audible inside the house. On the weekends, the back neighbor has family gatherings with Spanish music and food that smell delicious. Not audible inside the property - only audible in the back yard. No parties are allowed in this property. There are 3 external cameras (doorbell camera, camera above garage and camera pointing to the pool). These are motion sensor cameras, not actively monitored - are in place for both the safety of guests and also the property. Do not deactivate cameras or wi-fi.
