Four queen bedrooms each open onto their own full bathroom, giving every guest a private place to refresh. The rooms are arranged to balance togetherness in the common areas with personal space when you need it.

A full kitchen provides all the essentials for simple meals, from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. Adjacent dining space lets you gather around the table, while a small patio off the living room offers a quiet spot for a coffee break or an evening drink.

A pool and gym are available for a refreshing swim or a workout, while a BBQ grill and outdoor common areas are perfect for casual meals. Nestled in a quiet residential community, the home sits close to USF, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and several local parks. Major roadways nearby simplify trips into Tampa or the surrounding area, giving you easy access to the region’s top attractions.
Access & parking
Self‑check‑in with a smart lock grants you exclusive use of the unit, and free visitor parking on the premises is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, this comfortable base offers the space and amenities for families and groups to settle in, explore, and enjoy Lutz at their own rhythm.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
