Serene and safe - perfect

The perfect location to having to be away from the hustle of downtown, but conveniently located. Uber’s were easy to grab, and the location was safe. Everything inside was perfectly maintained, clean, and as described. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Location is really great overall the apartment is of a decent size. Owners / managers were very communicative. That said, the apt just felt very worn (e.g. some dirt spots on the couch, beds need to be replaced and have no cushion anymore). The kitchen was not as stocked as it should be and was missing essential items to cook and properly clean with. some of the items in the cabinets were expired. About time for a very deep cleaning and a review of what is in stock and what needs to be replenished.

Can't Wait to Come Back!

This uniquely quaint property made our family reunion amazing! Our unit (#6) was fully renovated and spotlessly cleaned. There is a common area with several seating areas-we had a perfect family dinner at the picnic tables. Communication with the owner was almost instant and always clear and concise. I will definitely make this my go to place to stay in Tampa. The location is perfect. Walkable to the Armature Works, short drive to the Hard Rock Casino, pet friendly, street parking with additional parking in the alley behind.

Overall, it’s a cute place. Isaac has excellent follow up. Parking in back of unit was challenging due to pits in unpaved road. Not disclosed. Beds were not really comfortable at all. Other than that it was a great stay.

Cute place that's close to everything

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and nicely decorated. Everything was brand new. We were within walking distance to Armature Works, Ulele and Sprouts grocery; ten minutes away from downtown and Ybor. It only took us 25 minutes on a Saturday afternoon to drive to St. Pete to visit the Dali Museum. Right before we arrived, we were upgraded to a bigger unit. Isaac checked in on us, but we didn't need a thing. They even provided K-cups for the Keurig. We will definitely return!

Perfect stay in the heart of the action!

Our time here could not have been better. The location is amazing - just a couple blocks to the Riverwalk! The hosts were so kind and gracious and the apartment was perfectly stocked. A/C worked great, everything is nicely appointed. Absolutely recommend! Thank you guys for a great stay!
