Called to verify it was the correct hotel front desk said yes when I got there it was the wrong hotel. Still looked at room they where old, beds squished looked dirty. Did not reflect the price which was over priced for the old dirty look Funny looking people around the room door making you feel unsafe . Called hotel and cancelled reflecting the bad service They never cancelled for me then they try to charge me cancellation fee. Not cool.

The expectation under delivered. The only convenience is distance to Bush Gardens, but will definitely not ever reserve this location again. Not a family safe location at all and most "guests" are for workers... if you know you know. They collect a resort fee... but there are no resort amenities and the property is run down...not in good shape. This is a 1 star property.

There was crime, drug deals, prostitutes in the parking lot, windows boarded up at the property amd lobby closed with what appeared to be a bullet proof window in the rear for check in to the property. Clarion needs to condemn this property. Its unsafe and disgusting. I drove away.

Property is poorly taken care of, room had horrible mold and mildew smell. Floor was peeling up in multiple places. Very run down and poorly maintained. Owners should be embarrassed to charge money for this dump.
