Spotless and cozy well lit private parking entrance was a plus. The amenities were very nice. Bustello & Star bucks k pods were much appreciated. Water in the fridge very thoughful. Also in the bathroom extra toothbrush, toothpaste, bandaids, corton balls, q-tips, extra towels, blankets. The Host were very caring & pleasant.

Excellent little studio apartment. I was traveling alone and I found this neighborhood to be safe, quiet, and very close to restaurants and shopping. I was extra happy with the gated, enclosed access with a private parking spot inside the gate. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The rental is perfect for the simple needs, and the AC is great :-). Nelson and Idy are very kind to communicate with, and the rental has been nice and clean everytime. No moment have I felt an ew moment like some other I've experienced. I especially enjoy the privacy and private parking :-).

Great standards, great stay!

The price is very good and worth it. Communication with the owners - timely response with questions answered. Driving to the property is easy and low to little traffic. The gate access to the studio is trivial and with lots of parking space. The studio is very clean and well designed. All the amenities work well. A great stay. I would really enjoy another stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Stay!

This is such a great little property! Everything is new, sparkling clean and easy to use. The amenities alone were worth staying here for; extra, homey touches like keurig pods, cream and sugar and a milk foaming wand, a bottle of prosecco and some bottled water in the fridge and snacks! Towels and linens were super clean and well stocked, and extra travel necessities like toothpaste and makeup removal wipes were also there. The property is easy to access, and very safe with gated parking and cameras. The hosts are fantastic and quick to respond as well. Will definitely stay here again next year!
