The room was clean. The tv didnt work. When I went down to the lobby. They said they would send someone up no one never showed. I went down to the lobby 4 times. The front desk person said he would switch our room. Then he left for the night and another front desk person was on shift. She informed us that the maintenance man been left and they are fully booked so it was impossible to switch rooms. The guy could of just told us. We had packed all our stuff back up. This was very inconvenient and preventable. us.

I think I’ve been scammed. We stayed there for the tournament last year and it was fine. This year we were asked for a deposit which didn’t happen last year. They’ve assured me it was refunded but a week later it has not shown up in my bank account. After three calls and no action I’m going to have to fight the charge through my bank. So don’t agree to a room deposit it’s a scam. They just want to wear you down until they get another $100 out of you for a crap stay.

It was. Very. Unsafe feeling. With a child and my sick mother as soon as got there. It was full of. Pepole hanging out. Sode everywhere. Bye are cars. And also. Soon as we went to check in. The front desk was on the ohone with the law. Calling. On someone. And. The bed blankets were. Dirty. And. Right. Infront of the elevator. So. Very. Noisey. And. Uncomfortable. No privacy. And bathtube. Was stopped up. And. Dirty. And it was very. Muggy. Humid. In. The room. The staff didnt have change. To. Give me. For my deposit. I paid already. Online. Amd. He asked me. How was i goin to pay. For the room. No. Carts. To. Carry things. Upstairs. And. They didnt properly. Id. At checkout. They just gave me. The money. Back. Very noisey. From eleavtor all night. Amd pepole. Uo and down the stairs. Door. Slamming.
