Our 3th stay, we love it for pool, gym, accessibily to Amalie Arena For us eating option walkable with young family, is only downfall (fastfood)

Run Far Away

This was the absolute worse hotel ever to the point where I couldn’t stay there. We checked in for a Cheer Competition in Tampa and when we went to the room there was a strong odor in the room. There was also bugs in the tissue that to the point where we cancelled our room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Room was dusty and nets or something coming out the sink, crack in bathtub wall, stain on toilet and floor was dirty. Room was hot most of time not sure what was going on with the A/C. Breakfast was great except I ask worker if there was anymore pancake mix and he stated No then I sit there to see if he would put some out for someone else and He did and I told front desk who just stated she will talk to him. He lied and that was rude will I be back probably not. There was one female cleaner that was extremely nice but can’t remember her name

I love the convenience of the location. I was there for a conference. The young man at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. I had a guess with me that would have had to wait 6 hours before checking in and he allowed us to check in early because the room was available. They were able to give me directions. They were just super helpful and awesome. Nice facility and I took a picture and the big beautiful chair.

We had a late check in so the girl at the front desk said we could have a late check out at 12:30 for no extra charge . She said after 12:30 there would be an hourly charge . When 11am came the house cleaning service started knocking on our door I told her we have a 12:30 check out. She said ok. But then about 20 minutes later another person knocked on the door. We did not answer because we were getting dressed and in the shower. Another 16 minutes go by and a different. Cleaning lady knocked on the door. I told her we already told the other lady we have a 12:30 check out. She didn’t believe me and told me to call the front desk. I tried calling from the hotel phone but it did not work, so I had to use my cell phone. I spoke the the front desk and explained everything and she said ok you have a 12:30 checkout . At 12:05 a man came knocking on our door repeatedly and then then someone called me on my phone to say we had to leave. I told the front desk the situation on the way out and it is like she was clueless. I never had such a bad experience at any hotel. Also the breakfast is a joke the workers stare at you while you are eating to make sure you are not taking too much food or leaving with any food in your hands . Decent looking grounds but Terrible service .

The property is clean and staff are friendly. The room is clean, tidy and no smell. Unlike other hotels that we been has the molding smell to it. I definitely recommend this place to stay when you visit Tampa not to far from the airport.
