The room and service was fine...DO NOT eat the breakfast buffet..To begin with sign stated wait to be seated..Woman told us to seat anywhere...We had to ask someone to clean a table for us..We had to ask for utensils and napkins..No coffe cups so we found strofoam cups..Food was horrible and cold...For $18.00 I would expect better service and food..I never write bad reviews but I had to write one today..VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

The HMDI set up did not work so when I tried to plug in my entertainment system it would not work which meant no gaming on down time or Netflix. But the main reason was the shower had no hot water no matter how much I played with it and even allowed it to run for 15 minutes to try to allow it to heat up I could not take hot showers.

The room was really nice, though a bit outdated. The elevator down button on our floor was not working, and the hallway carpet could have been cleaner. The pool area and gym were okay. We did not eat at the restaurant, but it looked fine from what we saw. The bar had a good selection of drinks, and although the prices were higher than nearby options, the choices were solid. The front desk staff were mostly polite, though the middle-aged gentleman was nice but also somewhat rude at times. Overall, it was a good stay with only a few minor issues.

The hotel at 4:32am tried to bust in my room with a person saying they was assigned this room for 3 days before I checked in . However I called the desk and they man was so rude to me and said oh I’m sure you have calmed your kids down from it by now . I asked for the manger and he said oh call back at 8:05 nothing will help you with it the hotel made a mistake an nothing we can help you with
