The staff was rude and no empathy whatsoever. I reserved to queen beds, they failed to communicate they changed it to a king. Didn’t even mention it during check in. When asked about it and what can be done they got very defensive. Unable to provide a policy indicating they had the right to change. The two individuals should not be in hospitality. The window in the room had a nice size hole (I took pictures) which whistled in the wind all night long. Terrible Will not book there ever again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. The biggest problem was that the shower took 20 minutes to heat up. I’m not exaggerating. No fun trying to get out the door and have to take a cold shower. We were there 3 nights. We informed them second day. They offered to fix it , but we aren’t comfortable someone in our room and had to leave to see grandchildren. It was too late getting back that night and to change rooms for one more night wasn’t worth it. We just knew when to turn on the shower.
