Booked a weekend stay to get away on a cruise and had to come in a day earlier, staff wasn’t very accommodating, the. Received a room that was not what I expected upon booking. There was no room service the entire 3 day stay, had to ask for new pillows, never received those or new towels in the bathroom. Overall wouldn’t be back here.

Windows in my room were green with mold so didn't really want to look out them. Faculty (check in) was very kind and accommodating but the hotel is NOT desirable...especially for the price.

Did not take advantage of the breakfast so can’t comment on that I will say the comforter/bedspread had blood stains on it, minimal, but it made me wonder if it was fresh for a new guest or if they use the same one for a while I did not call down to the front desk, cause I really didn’t have the time but still kind of gross. Other than that. It was great I may or may not stay again.
