Room very cleaned, staff very pleasant . Parking lot is crazy at night since they have a club which was a bit of inconvenience . we had to wait about 20 mins to find a parking space when we came back to the room at night, other than that everything was really nice.

Poor check in experience ..room I booked wast available and the staff said it will be a 30 min wait ..no real apology and this was at 3:30 PM with a promised 3 PM checkin time.. the cleaning staff are behind as we are full was the line I got ..got my clue and took whatever was available and wasnt informed there was no elevator ..got my bags in and looked around finally dragged up the stairs ..room had a smell like people were getting high nearby ..would not recommend with kids due to setting near a night club ..breakfast was out of bread and bagels an hour in ...went back up after grabbing coffee and key did not work ..back again to the reception and then checked out ..

Breakfast was not good at all with limited items and the items that wer available were not good. Hotel rooms were dirty and run down with bugs. Next door the guy kept coming out of the room to smoke and all the smell was coming into our room. Very loud outside and no parking because of the restaurant/night club out front. Parking should be for hotel guest only.
