"No parking to unload luggage. No elevator. Had to carry up our suitcases three floors, a total of 53 steps. Bathroom with shower is 3ft x 6 ft including shower. Windows had no darkening possibility. Street lights shone in the whole night. No person in the hotel as staff. All automated in a machine. ..."
