The property is absolutely beautiful and private. It is just a short stroll to the beach once we located the access. Features many extras such as the pool and lots of gathering spaces on covered verandah, porches, and especially loved the outdoor beds on upper balcony. Every room has large comfortable beds and plenty of shelves for belongings. We also loved the fact that the staff would prepare us breakfast if we provided the groceries and we could all sit together at the huge dining table. Everything was thoughtfully furnished and the quality was good. As a short term rental owner myself, there are a few things that could be improved. While this may sound minor, it was not until the end of the stay that we got a functioning coffee pot. The home had several but neither worked. If determined you could stand over one pot and keep hitting a button to continue the perk process. We reported it and were sent directions on how to make coffee. Even the staff new they did not function. We had staff services and they washed our towels but they were not promptly returned. Hence I never let go of bath or beach towel again during the stay. There were several non-functioning things - lamps in bedrooms, rain shower heads, interior pool lights for night swimming. The home was not the cleanest in the bathrooms; upon arrival I cleaned my own vanity/tile of stickiness and toothpaste. Response from concierge could be better. We would absolutely stay again; positives far exceeded any negative.
