We did not like anything about our stay. The only reason we stayed is because they wouldn’t give us a refund. I feel after we were so inconvenienced we should get a refund. That place was filthy, no amenities in the rooms. It was a horrible experience!!!

Nothing was unique, it was not clean, it has roaches, spiders, lizards, centipedes, did not have any amenities in the rooms. It was just very, very inconvenient. I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone to stay here.

Hair in the bathtub, floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. Walked across the floor barefoot and feet were dirty. Sticky spills at the foot/corner of each bed. Very noisy neighbors even after 10pm.

My room was located on the first floor, 121. There were stains on the floor near the side of the bed (no clue what it was, looked like something had been spilled or blood). Shower was also not that clean, lots of water marks and residue. I would stay here again in a pinch for parent weekend, but not choose if other properties are available.

No hot water. Was promised a discount, but did not receive. In fact, the morning clerk was making a list of who asked for a discount instead of giving everyone. Still didn't get it anyway. Water had been out for at least 2 days. In room phone did not work (said half the room phones didn't work) so had to walk all the way to front desk to speak to staff. WiFi on unsecure network, unsafe to use. Didn't want to take risk. I would not recommend them to anyone.

NO HOT WATER

We DID NOT even check in; the property had no hot water, and had no clue or timeline when the hot water would be repaired. I will not be paying this bill and I absolutely assume Hotels.com will not fight me on this refund since we were i formed by hotel staff that Hotels.com HAD been informed of the issue previously (and of course we received no notice at all).
