I personally felt like it was in a bad location, rundown hotel beside of it. You just didn’t feel safe.

There was a cockroach infestation. We killed 4 of them in a few hours. Had to get moved to another floor and put a wet towel over the bathtub drainage to avoid roaches coming back. It was a terrible experience.

The hotel has a cockroach infestation. We killed 4 and had to be relocated to the last floor. Had to cover the bathtub drainage with a wet towel in order to avoid more roaches. No compensation was received. Took pictures and videos. Worst experience.

The thin walls made it difficult to get sleep. The breakfast meat was like cardboard and every day was the same breakfast. Parking was okay, staff was friendly. Had an issue with my card. You guys kept charging my card. Had to freeze it and spoke with front desk about it. Not good security measures. Staff were exellent. And the room was clean.

Great location near campus, clean rooms and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff in the evening and morning were great too. The only issue was the housekeeping staff were very noisy before 8am. Personally, I think hotel staff should refrain from too much talking in the hallways before 10am.
