The coffee maker in the room was missing the tray that holds the pod, so I wasn't able to have coffee in the room. I had to get dressed and go downstairs. A minor thing, certainly won't stop me from coming back. It was a good stay overall.

I never write reviews however, I read the reviews for this hotel and I do not agree. I based booking off of reviews which I won’t do again. The hotel was ok, the room wasn’t very clean. Dirty spots everywhere on the mirrors, glasses, floors, doors, couches and beds. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating so I don’t want to take anything away from that. They are the best thing about this place. The balcony had no chairs just a concrete slab. We were lucky to have a room facing I-10 which I don’t recommend the windows are so thin it’s like New York City you cannot sleep at all. The building just seemed old and not well kept. Should’ve booked the Drury across the street even though it’s in the same basic location you cannot hear I-10 much better windows for sound. For a little bit more pay for the better hotel.
