The receptionist that first greeted me was arrogant and not professional when I initially tried to check in at 1 pm ET on Thursday and said “you are going to need to pay $30 extra for checking in 2 hours early.” It’s not about the $30, but to smugly tell me this and then snidely roll his eyes at me when I declined the offer I didn’t really appreciate. I didn’t see his name badge, but he is mid-30’s, shoulder-length hair, wears glasses.

It is secluded; away from City noise. If you go behind the building, you can access a stop light to go in any direction. Restaurants were within a couple of miles.

The beds are very comfortable. However, the hotel needs updating. The carpet is very dirty in the rooms and hallways. It has a very musty smell. The shower had mold above the tile, the grout was old and cracked. The location is great but it needs a facelift. This is my 3rd time staying there in the last 6 months. I wont be back.

My mother’s room had a terrible smell(musty) and the coffee served at breakfast tasted like it had been reheated. Also they state in the amenities they have a bar and restaurant. The bar wasn’t open and they do not have a restaurant (you can order a few things to eat like mozzarella cheese sticks, basket of fries, chicken fingers) . It was a great price!

Keep looking

Check in was quick and friendly! Upon arrival parking was not so easy or available. We were just passing through and the reviews seemed good enough with most saying it was clean which is important to me. There was an air purifier or dehumidifier right as we got out of the elevator which is generally not a good sign. When we got in our room it definitely had a weird smell to it. Walls were dirty. Floors were dirty. The floor of the shower looked like it needed to be scrubbed with some bleach as it was pretty dirty. Overall wouldn't stay again and wouldnt recommend others to stay
