It was okay

Beds are comfortable. It is updated, but still feels older. Strong chemical cleaning smell. The area around the hotel is okay. Close to the interstate, good food choices, but quite a few abandoned businesses.

Stay was just ok

Check in was ok but printer didn't work so couldn't sign their check in docs. Parking is crowded and small. Room was good size, bed comfortable and shower was great. Tv did not work at all which was annoying. No one available to check out and sign their form when we left at 530am so just left keys in their bowl. Location from I10 was good, may consider trying again.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was close to several restaurants. They had a nice continental breakfast too. It was quite although we could here some traffic at times. Nothing that kept us up.

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, although I requested non smoking, as we’re non smokers, and had to sign a waiver that we wouldn’t smoke in the room. Common areas very dirty. Elevator floor was filthy, looked like feces in the corner of the elevator floor, and was never cleaned throughout out 3 night stay, as well as the corridor floors.

The hotel is a cute boutique hotel and we have stayed multiple times throughout the past five years. It’s conveniently located off the highway and near a variety of restaurants. However, there has been a decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpet throughout the property and the elevator can use some attention. The staff is always pleasant and that’s a bonus.

Stayed for one night and i wiuld recommend this place for an overnight stay. The AC was very loud in the room was a downside but everything seemed to be clean and room was small and compact but good for what we needed it. We didnt have iasues with the staff but i did over hear some issues and the staff didnt really seem to give the best answers to remedy the situation, one situation being incorrectly charging a customer and wasnt very friendly aboht the situation.
