The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. However, the hotel’s rating is low because, during my trip to Tallahassee for graduation, there was no iron or ironing board available. It was frustrating since I paid nearly four times the current room rate. Hearing, “Unfortunately, all ironing boards are signed out,” was disappointing.

The staff was nice I love that they put like little messages around the room a pretty good breakfast love the pool the one thing I don’t like that is very small they give you wooden utensils for breakfast but overall it’s was amazing

I’ll start with I love this hotel! I have stayed here several times and have a few bookings coming up. But my room this visit was a fail. It was on the second floor, at the end of the hall. As soon as we entered the room it had a cat urine smell and the carpet was damp. The area around the window was cracked and coming off. The shower area was not the best. I just now know for next time to make sure we don’t have this room again.

It definitely is a boutique hotel on a budget. The staff makes up for what the hotel is lacking. Everyone was nice. The rooms were clean except the pillows were smelly. Even when I changed the sheets, it still smelled of unwashed hair. It made sleep unbearable. We could also hear people upstairs and on the hallway. The washers and the laundry room is not kept well. Pet hair in the washers. Breakfast was good. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels and they don’t even offer breakfast, so this is a plus. There also a very strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in the hotel. In the hallways of first floor, the smell lingers. I smelled of a fresh cigarette smoke on my way to the laundry room. The area is also nice. It’s secluded in a way so there’s no traffic or noise. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. Hopefully they’ll be able to maintain it as it’s a cute hotel.

Well kept hotel

Clean room, breakfast had waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs. Friendly staff, well kept pool. Bed a bit too soft for our comfort. Great shower- good pressure & plenty of hot water

This was my second stay at this hotel, and while the staff remains incredibly friendly and the decor is still cute and inviting, the overall experience felt a bit less polished than last year. The property is starting to show some signs of wear, and the cleanliness and upkeep aren’t quite what they used to be. That said, it’s still a clean and comfortable place to stay, and the pool is a great feature. Just be aware that some standard hotel amenities are missing—no closet, dresser, ironing board, or separate vanity area outside the bedroom. The breakfast is also quite basic, with no hot items besides make-your-own waffles, toast, bagels, and instant oatmeal packets. Overall, it’s a cozy and friendly place, but it could use a little freshening up.
