Would never go there again.

No elevator was a shock, had to lug heavy suitcases up stairs to 2nd floor with aching back and shoulders (nearly 70 yrs old). Room smelled like smoke, was musty, lumpy beds, and body wash/shampoo dispenser was empty in the shower. There was a water leak in the hallway creating a mushy wet carpet to walk thru every time, they had a small dehumidifier trying to deal with it ineffective and it got worse. My shoes were wet and slippery every time. Breakfast spread was very limited . I hace no idea how this hotel was rated excellent. It was definitely one of my worse experiences and would never recommend this hotel. Im surprised Hotels. Com has this rated anything!

Seriously no elevator?

The place was cute and basically what I expected. What I didn’t expect was the fact that there is NO Elevator! Honestly I would not have booked this place knowing there was no elevator. I was on a long road trip and had many bags that had to be walked up 2 flights of stairs. I wouldn’t book this place again just on that fact. Also went and tried to get a garage bag from the front desk and that was like pulling teeth.

I am enjoying my stay at BOB. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating; they’re fantastic. They have two washers and two dryers onsite for guest use at $2.50/load and soap is available for purchase. The in-shower shampoo/body wash and conditioner is good. I am a fan of the decor choices - modern and fun. BOB is located less than ten minutes from excellent food; try Relish (delicious burger joint) and Chile & Chili’s Taqueria! Did I mention the staff is accommodating and friendly!!!? This is the place where you want to leave a tip for housekeeping ❤️
