The Japanese style room was phenomenal. The private onsen was wonderful and a great deal too. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very energetic too. We have travelled overseas a lot over the last two decades, and this was probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

The rooms are spacious and have a pretty view of the river though do not opt for the cot if you cannot get a triple Buffet is generous but does not change so recommend not prebooking food if staying more than one night.
