住宿房間乾淨，明亮。房間外走廊略有霉味。 早餐中西式兼備，樣式尚可，不會餓到。 樓下是傳統市場，對面有傳統整復推拿(個人體驗不錯)。 離秀泰、多那之咖啡或中山路店家等，步行五分鐘左右都可以到達。 餐廳會有不定時清潔，早餐會改外訂(豆漿、蛋餅之類的)，入住前建議可以先問問店家。

地理位置很好，在市中心範圍去哪都方便，晚上走去台東觀光夜市只需走路5分鐘內，人員服務可以再精進一點，像是比較大的民宿，4人房房間乾淨寬敞，進出都需刷卡， 但是剛好入住房間的窗戶被招牌擋住，不能開啟有點害怕！
