Rooms are beautiful, the ambience and lighting. Enjoyed all the amenities provided by the hotel: Great soaking tub and shower in the bathroom. We had a balcony and further enjoyed soaking in the outdoor tubs. There is an awning that you can open and close for privacy or temperature control. Enjoyed complimentary drinks and grapes inside the mini-fridge. Bedding very comfortable and good thermostat in the room too. Also swam laps at the hotel pool and really enjoyed the rainfall pool, plunge pool and indoor gender separated soaking pools (warm, hot, cold). Happy hour, while limited on types of alcoholic drinks, had a wonderful assortment of snacks and hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was also fantastic with a huge range of asian and western fare. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip and I would not hesitate to stay at it again.

Some staff are races, only nice to local guests. Super rude when checking me in, they took my passport said nothing and made me waited forever, when I asked them what’s going on, they refused to answer with terrible attitude! Can’t believe this is a 5 star hotel, I’ve been staying in multiple 5 star hotels around the world, never been treated like this. Also the pillow got some nasty blood stain on it, which really disgusted me. They need to retrain some of the staff, teach them treat every guests equally .

One of my fave hotels in Asia

Location is more so amongst locals but that did not deter from the convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms and views are beautiful and the breakfast was quick and plentiful.

A wonderful new hot spring place

This is a brand new hotel, everything is in good quality. My room is spacious, spotless and with a view of the mountains. Bed is super comfortable. Their unique check-in style is very welcoming: we were invited to the salon room immediately upon arrival and started to enjoy the complementary treats. The receptionist came to our table to complete the check-in process and explained all the details to us. Their public hot springs have 3 pools (hot, warm and cold) and are super clean. There are also steam and sauna rooms. They provide free fruits, milk and tea in the hot spring room. On top of these mentioned, their staff are very friendly and helpful. Julie chatted with us when we were enjoying the complementary happy hour at the guest salon room. She provided us local food and attractions information. Vincent helped us with our luggage. We’re very happy with our staying and will definitely come back again.
