Well laid-out and clean room with effective and quiet air conditioning. Staff members were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served through the Starbucks in the hotel, which offered a good variety of options not typically found at other Starbucks.

I really like this hotel—the location, cleanliness, and staff friendliness are all top-notch. However, the hotel Wi-Fi is quite disappointing. They only provide 10 MB per day, and you have to pay if you need more. For a hotel that isn’t cheap, I think that’s unacceptable. I even brought my iPad with me but couldn’t use it at all. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of the 5 stars it should have deserved.

The whole hotel felt new, modern and calm. The room was well appointed with clever use of space. The bedding is soft and comfortable by international standards, it is probably not comfortable by Taiwanese standards (the typical Taiwanese minsu bedding that the Taiwanese prefer is actually quite hard). The MRT station entrance 4 with escalator is maybe 20 meters from the hotel's property line which is fantastic. Fuhang that crazy famous soy milk stall is also there, worth a visit, and because it's so near you can takeaway the foodand walk back to the comfort of your hotel room without any degradation of food quality (tip:the hotel is located close to the end of the queue for one to just join the line, however, I advise that one should probably walk the whole length of the queue before you actually to decide to join the queue) There are some nice food stalls in the area too. The area is near the government offices district and is quiet on the weekends, not much shopping within 400metres walk.

The room was good. As usual, the light switches are spread out and hard to figure out. The housekeeping staff was aggressive. I tried to explain to them that I was not feeling well and I didn't want service but they insisted.
