So I’ve stayed at both of Citizen’s properties, and I have to say that you can’t beat the location. Also, the staff were very nice. However, my one complaint was that both lobbies had very little seating. This is a problem when you get in at 11:00 am, and you. Have a 3:00 pm check in time.

It's perfect if you're on a budget. The lounge area is fantastic if you have friends coming over to chat and chill. Their breakfast is ok. The rooms look like old timers. The staff members were helpful. Some of them were more comfortable speaking English than others. The location is great.

The electric pot in our room wasn't properly cleaned. There were still some water inside the electric pot. Good location. Very near to Sonjiang Nanjing MRT station, side walk eateries, Family Mart and 7-11.

Great little hotel, very convenient

This is a well-run and reasonably priced hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was great-- nice pillows. The place in general is a little worn but well cared for. And the staff was exceptionally nice and eager to help out with little things. Definitely include their breakfast when you book; it is worth the small added cost. Also, the location, near the Songjiang-Nanjing metro station is super convenient for getting almost anywhere in Taipei and there are banks, retail stores nearby and plenty of great places to eat... also a night market a few blocks away and the Yitong Park half a block away is a nice place to sit with a coffee while people of all ages play, exercise or just hang out.
