We always like to stay in Cozzi. This time we picked a different location to stay closer to the airport. It’s nice and clean. Staff are very helpful and warm.

Room was clean and quiet, and bed was HUGE. Front desk were always friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the free snacks on floor one a few times. The location was ideal for us as it was in the middle of all the attractions we wanted to visit

The room is clean and the staff are partially friendly Reception could be a bit nicer but the only terrible thing is that they don’t you comfortably choose a table and have breakfast even if the table is vacant Every other hotel allows you to choose wherever you want to sit and enjoy but not here Breakfast itself not really ideal at all and above all , they have advertised 24 hour shuttle to the airport which is a lie and does not exist at all It would also be a lot better to remove all those smelly meat from the lobby so it doesn’t stin But all in all I think the location is good and the room is clean /comfortable

The carpet can be cleaned, it's covered in dust. Also I hope the attitude of the counter staff can be improved, one tall, thin woman was particularly rude. Eye contact and responses to customers are basic job skills for front desk. She seems like she doesn’t like to work. I felt very disrespectful when I talk to the staff.

Room was very clean, staff were super helpful. A couple of things though, there was only 1 washing machine for the whole hotel, so the room was pretty much always occupied (but the staff did mention that this upcoming year they may be getting an extra washing machine). Also the wifi in our room was extremely slow, so we had to use data the whole time. Other than that, fantastic stay, very comfortable rooms, very clean all around.
