We enjoyed our stay at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I. The room itself was clean and comfortable, room cleaning was done properly, amenities were provided and replenished and the pantry with the snacks/ drinks was well-stocked. We also enjoyed the convenience of self-service laundry. In addition, the hotel staff were helpful and professional. In particular, we'd like to give shout out to Ms Abbey for her warmth and friendly assistance that made us feel so welcome not just at the hotel but in Taipei/ Taiwan. Thank you for the wonderful experience and memories! :)

The experience at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station I exceeded all my expectations for a hotel of this category. Location is superb, a stone’s throw away from Taipei Station and many shops and eateries. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our five-night stay, and the amenities on level 2, which included laundry facilities, a microwave, free hot drinks and water dispenser, and cup noodles were a wonderful surprise. Every staff member we met was so friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for two nights while we visited Alishan, and the hotel assisted with making dinner reservations for us too. We even received a handwritten thank-you card at the end of our stay. What a wonderful experience! 100% would stay here again if we return to Taipei!
