We booked two rooms. Staff not very friendly or welcoming at check in. We had some minor issues with one room. The automatic toilet was too sensitive — it opened and closed on its own and flushed itself anytime there was motion nearby. Emergency light was too bright. AC unit unresponsive. Our other room was much better and was more comfortable. Location is great — right across the street from subway line — though you can hear trains passing by.

Good location, quiet and newer hotel. (3 years)

It was a nice choice for people who prefer a quiet area near Taipei, with MRT easy access to the City center. However, the reception staff was different, one of the ladies had no idea about answering the eco question. Made me feel uneasy about the service of the hotel. Over 3 days, then they will change the bed sheet. Short of housekeeping staff? That middle-aged woman's response was out of the blue, and confusing. Don't they need to change the mug used before? OMG, just replace the new one then. Wash for me? Ridiculous! Beyond that was a OK stay. Wish their staff have better training! :(

Room design was modern, bright and super clean. Location is convenient to everywhere and a huge metro park right next to the hotel is the bonus. Did not use the public amenity nor the small kitchen in my room; therefore, could not give any feedback. Overall, our experience were all positive.

The room was quiet and spacious, but the A/C was inadequate. Despite it being a hot day in July, the room temperature remained around 28°C all night and never cooled down to 25°C. Additionally, the constant light in the room may be bothersome for those sensitive to light. The toilet light stays on and shines through the glass wall into the bedroom, and the blinds and drapes do not fully block out the light. I wish I had brought an eye mask.

Good location

Very good location near 2 subway lines. Easy to go to Taipei Railway Station and Taoyuan Airport. Room size is big enough for opening 2 28” suitcases. Very big bed. Price is reasonable compared with the hotels in Taipei.
