＊整棟出租，不需共用空間，為求住宿品質，非特殊狀況、不管人數多寡，僅一次接待一組客人，入住請正確填寫人數，有任何問題請先來信確認後再預定＊ 房源位於台南市區,騎車到任何市區景點都不會超過15分鐘，火車站走路15分鐘，或可坐0右號公車到中樓站下車即可、成大走路5分鐘，近公車站、Ｔ-ＢＩＫＥ，適合一般觀光客與短租旅客。 房子前有24小時免費私人停車位（戶外），庭院可停摩托車（有遮雨棚）；若有特殊狀況或較多車輛，鄰近亦有私人付費停車場。 一樓客廳投影幕，可以玩PS4與看Netflix，衛浴。 二樓私人工作室，平常用於音樂相關工作，入住房客住在二樓工作室外的雙層床，安靜舒適，有冷暖空調 。 三樓有免投幣洗衣機，使用完畢記得關水關電。
