Nice hotel, central location

I stayed here mid-week for a couple of nights and it was lovely: room was big and spacious the bathroom was very new and clean and location was great, near the art museum and great places to eat

Clean and Convenient

The room is comfortable. Besides the bath shower (no water proofing) with water flowing out to the dry area, I-Cloud TV signal was not consistent. Staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Excellent service and sincere staffs

When I’m ready for boarding in the airport, I got a call from airline that I left my wallet in the hotel. I called back to hotel and they said that they were arranging to send it to airport. This really impressive for their service and efficiency. I got my wallet within one hour after receiving the call. Thanks for hotel service and their coordination with the airline.

Highly Recommend S Terminal!!

My husband and I were visiting a friend in Taichung who lives in the western part of town, so we needed to stay at a hotel near his home. The S Terminal hotel was lovely! The room was very comfortable and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, so it partners with the cafe next door to include breakfast for guests -- breakfast was delicious with many great choices! We would definitely stay at the S Terminal again the next time we visit our friend...:-)

Clean hotels

I am from the local area. I just need to live outside for couple nights because the air conditioner in my bedroom was not working( and there is no way I could sleep without one). That is, the cleanliness and the comfort( not luxury thou) is the top thing I really care. The hotel was remodeled and feels pretty new inside. Plus, the price was reasonably low and it was not very far from my home. Speaking of the location, a busy street and a market are in walking distance( around 5 minutes). The hotel is far enough to be quiet at the nights. It's about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the main streets for both north and south directions. If you need to get to places faster, a bus stop is only 2 minutes away. The breakfast is complementary. It's served in the cafe on the first floor. The breakfast is western style( only one combo is Asian food, still not very local) and are not bad. If you want to try out local foods, the best bet is in/near the market. There are also many breakfast shops near the hotel.

Cozy and bang for the buck hotel

The included breakfast blew me by surprise. The latte and western breakfast served by the restaurant next door was quite hearty. I highly recommend this hotel if you rent a car.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs

This hotel offer comfort stay. TV programme has not many choices compare to other hotels that we stayed. Hotel have a media box but programme and internet speed not so desirable. Breakfast is offered at a cafe next to it and is quite good except all are western style and do not offer traditional chinese breakfast like porridge and tea leaf eggs. Staffs are very friendly including crew at the cafe. Short distance drive to most attractions. Not near to MRT station. Recommend this hotel if you are driving.
