I thought I was getting a deal, but in fact, I was getting a dump. The area did not feel safe and had homeless people near the parking. The bed did not have proper linens, there was a twin size blanket for a queen bed, and no top sheet. The sheet on the bed was not fitted, so slid off a mattress with no mattress protector. The pillowcases didn't fit.We ordered food and couldn't finish it despite being hungry because it did not arrive as described. In general the hotel is a dive that doesn't look anything like the photos. Maybe it look like the photos 20 or 30 years ago I don't know. But I would never stay here again. The staff was understanding and great, but it did not compensate.Not recommended.

Funcionários muito prestativos, muito limpo. Fácil acesso da p ir a pé por exemplo para shopping Alameda, Taguatinga, feira dos importados. O quarto achei que tinha um pouco de mofo no banheiro e o ar condicionado faz muito barulho. Mas na média é um local muito bom.

O quarto não possui janela, a única ventilação é por ar condicionado que é bem antigo. Não liguei pois fiquei com medo. Quando liguei uma das luzes na lateral da cama começou a fazer um barulho como se estivesse em curto. O café da manhã estava bom, mas não tinha muita variedade. Precisei ficar 4 horas a mais e paguei valor equivalente ao valor da diária em promoção que co segui. Por duas vezes entraram no quarto. Desagradável. Nas fotos parece um quarto simples, mas pessoalmente é mais precário. É só pra tomar banho e dormir mesmo. Não tem conforto ou segurança de privacidade.

Valor honesto para um serviço bom!

É honesto pelo valor cobrado. Ficamos no subsolo e não tem janelas, isso dá um pouco de claustrofobia. Os funcionários são muito educados e simpáticos! O café da manhã é ok! O básico que funciona! Deixo uma estrela a mais para uma esfiha de queijo com goiabada que só conseguimos comer no domingo!
