We got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite room and the views were amazing. Surprisingly the room has a full kitchen with utensils and stove along with a large fridge....This hotel is also conveniently close to the train station

This newly opened hotel is clean and quite , the staff at reception was nice and helpful! The location is just about 50 meter to the train terminal to Zermatt, the hotel has onsite underground parking with fee which is convenient for car driving traveling

This place is a very clean, with a lakeside view that makes your morning and evenings magical. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint would be the need to update their showers, the shower is a handheld shower and the small glass pain over the tub is unable to retain the water. Everytime while showering a puddle of water would leak onto the bathroom floor.

One of the best properties I have ever stayed at! Almost brand new with all the modern conveniences but still has that rustic appeal. Location so handy to the train station with Zermatt only a beautiful 12 minute ride away and not the expensive prices you would pay there. A couple of good grocery stores nearby.

No issues whatsoever. One of the nicest places we have stayed in a month in Europe. The facility was clean and lovely, the beds were comfortable with good sheets. Absolutely loved this property! Hotel is located right across the train station. Rooms are beautiful, modern but give you chalet feel! Staff is very friendly and helpful! We were going to be late and called the hotel, they had our checkin package ready for us’. Alexandra was very helpful!
