Das Studio (keine Wohnung) wurde sehr billig renoviert und hast ein Problem mit Abwassergeruch aus dem Badezimmerabfluss. Anstatt das Problem zu beheben, wurde ein extrem starkes Parfüm ins Badezimmer gestellt. Wir haben das Problem gelöst, indem wir eine mit Wasser gefüllte Plastiktüte über den Abfluss gestülpt haben. Außerdem war das provisorische Fenster zum ehemaligen Balkon undicht. Der Fernseher hatte kein Abonnement.Wir haben in den letzten Jahren über 30 Ferienwohnungen auf Teneriffa gemietet, und diese Wohnung gehört zwar nicht zu den günstigeren, aber sie zählt zu den 10 % schlechtesten Erfahrungen.Die Lage ist allerdings ausgezeichnet.
